Price
Prices quoted are valid for 90 days. Prices are guaranteed not to exceed a 10% increase over previous
year prices. All prices are subject to current service charge plus applicable taxes.

Deposit
All functions require an advance deposit at the time of booking. Party dates cannot be
guaranteed until deposit is received.

Menu
Menu selection and final details are required at least three weeks prior to your party. When selecting a
menu, one entree should be selected for the entire group. All arrangements will be final and
not subject to change.

Guarantee
The exact number of guests must be given to the banquet manager at least five days in
advance. This number, so specified, will be considered definite, not subject to reduction. Mr. Benny's
cannot be responsible for providing additional service to more than 3% of the final guarantee. All charges
will be based on the guaranteed number or the actual number served, whichever is greater.

Minimum
The banquet room has a 130 person capacity. On Saturday evening a minimum of 125 guests are required.
If minimum attendance guarantee cannot be met, the minimum guarantee of the room will be our binding
guarantee. Any cash bar will be charged a room rental fee of $175.00.

Seating
We will seat 10 to a table and we are not responsible for seating arrangements. Tables will be numbered and
a skirted place card table will be provided at the entrance.

Payment
Final payment will be made in advance, based on the final attendance guarantee and payable by certified or cashier's check. Credit cards will only be accepted with an additional processing fee.

Cancellation
If a patron cancels the party, Mr. Benny's shall retain the entire deposit. If able to rebook the room with a
similar function, the deposit less an administrative fee will be refunded. Cancellations must be made with
the Catering office only.

Extra Service Charges
Mr. Benny's reserves the right to assess any group a service charge for extra ordinary labor and set up
times, damages, excessive clean up and any other category above and beyond the normal range of a
planned function. We will gladly cut and wrap your cake in foil provide by us. There is an additional
35¢ per person charged for cake cut and served.

General Information
•No food or liquor can be brought into Mr. Benny's by patron or guest
•Minors may not consume alcoholic beverages
•Mr. Benny's shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property brought or left on premises
•Nothing should be attached to walls, floors, or ceilings
